Class Schedule

Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. the first day of class.  Please arrive early enough to allow sufficient time to park, sign in, as well as to find a seat. Class begins promptly at 8:30a.m. and runs until 4:30 p.m. each day for each course.

Lunch is on your own from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. each day with morning and afternoon breaks. Refreshments will be provided during each 10 - 15 minute break.

Out of professional courtesy we ask that you please not conduct any business while class is in session, turning off all cell phones, pagers, wireless devices and laptops. Audio recording and videotaping is prohibited. 


Pricing Discounts

You or your organization may want to take advantage of our discount program. Register 3 or more people for one course and receive an overall 10% discount.  Sorry, discounts are not cumulative.

Organizations with 6 or more people to train should consider the convenience of our Onsite Training Program. Payment

Due to limited seating, early registration and payment is strongly encouraged. Payments must be received, or an approved PO must be in place, prior to attending class. Submit your payment in the form of either credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), check or purchase order.  

Federal government employees are eligible for a 10% discount.  To receive this discount you must call 1-800-606-1450 x 114 to confirm your place of employment and register for class. Government discounts are not available when registering online and discounts are not cumulative.

Purchase orders should indicate "Schedule Associates International" as the vendor.  Make checks payable to "Schedule Associates International".  Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) payments are accepted as well. 

No attendee will be admitted without payment in full prior to class. 


Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are provided if you notify the Schedule Associates registrar of your cancellation at least 10 calendar days prior to the start of the class. Students whose cancellation requests are not received 10 days prior to the start of the session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Students who cancel 48 hours prior to class will loose 100% of their registration fee.  Students who do not attend and who do not cancel are also liable for the entire registration fee.  However, if you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. To do this please call and confirm the substitute's identity with our registrar before class begins.

All courses are subject to cancellation. When a course is cancelled, SAI assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets, lodging or other costs incurred by registrants. 


Hotels

Whenever possible we provide information on hotels near the training room. These are not hotel recommendations and attendees should feel free to select any hotel they choose. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly to book accommodations. Most hotels suggest reserving a room at least three (3) weeks in advance of the class date.

Parking

Schedule Associates tries to book seminars only where free parking is available. However, in the event there is a charge for parking it is the attendee's responsibility to pay for parking.

If you require special accommodations, please contact our office at least three weeks in advance. Should you need to cancel your special request, please notify us of this at least 10 calendar days prior to the start of class.
