Course Format:
A mix of demonstrations in Microsoft Project, explanation of concepts on flip charts or whiteboards, hands-on exercises in the software to confirm understanding, and realistic case studies performed in Microsoft Project to combine project management concepts with the use of the software. Workshops involve attendees working in Microsoft Project to gain first-hand experience with the tool.
Prerequisites:
Some familiarity with project management concepts is assumed. If you're not familiar with project management principles, we strongly recommend taking Project Management Principles and Practices prior to taking this course.
Attendees should be familiar with how to navigate around Microsoft Windows applications prior to class.
