Schedule Associates personnel have experience in developing first-class project management courses that are part of a cohesive overall project management curriculum designed to develop project management skills, establish expectations for project management within the organization, and foster consistency in the way projects are managed from one project to the next.

We'll start by defining your objectives for project management in your organization by getting an understanding of where you are today and where you want to get to.

Based on your needs and objectives, appropriate courses will be identified that meet those needs and that honor any constraints present. Considerations may include project management knowledge and experience of those attending, job responsibilities of attendees, the amount of time that attendees can reasonably be expected to be away from the office for training, and how the training fits in with other training initiatives within the organization.

Course definitions will include identification of the intended audience, what the desired behavioral and knowlege changes are for the attendees as a result of taking the project management training class, high-level course content, and measures of the effectiveness of the course once it's delivered.

Depending on your wishes, Schedule Associates can develop the courses or act as an adviser to your staff as they develop the project management classes.

Once the courses are developed you may choose to work with Schedule Associates to deliver the sessions or you may choose to deliver them using your in-house staff. Schedule Associates can also pilot the project management training and then provide trainer training so that your own team members are well-prepared to deliver the project management classes internally on an ongoing basis.
