Company Background                                                                              Top

Schedule Associates International (SAI) was founded to address organizations' need to become more productive in a demanding worldwide economy and marketplace in the face of ever increasing customer expectations for high service levels. After years of managing projects and helping others do so, the company's principals came to recognize that there were thousands of for-profit, non-profit and government organizations whose need and desire to improve the way in which they manage projects for increased productivity was not being met. As a result, Schedule Associates was founded to provide these organizations with a means to achieve that higher productivity.

Schedule Associates does this by providing:

  • highly applicable course content meant to be relevant and useful in today's workplace,
  • extensive pre- and post-course support and high quality course materials to ensure that the training, and subsequent organizational changes, stick,
  • a blend of project management principles and practices and Microsoft Project training so that team members can immediately be effective in using their new knowledge in the tool they're using to manage their projects.

Colleen Kaiser, President of Schedule Associates International, has extensive experience in adult learning, education, training and corporate account management. She has designed, coordinated and presented tailored training programs for Fortune 500 companies, the federal government, and not-for-profit organizations nationally. Her ability to work with evolving organizational needs through a collaborative process has enabled people to change, organizations to grow and both to prosper.

Ms. Kaiser has held positions in teaching and corporate training courses and most recently was the Corporate Accounts Director for Logical Operations, a software computer training company. There she conceived and guided the development of their successful "train-the-trainer" program. This program taught corporate, government as well as independent trainers how to effectively utilize and present Logical Operations' classroom training materials in their environments.

While at Logical Operations, Ms. Kaiser created a distributor program for both student and trainer training materials within the United Kingdom and conducted onsite training as well as in-house training for new distributors. Before leaving she helped the company to grow to ten times its original size.

Colleen was invited to be a Peer Review Committee member for the Department of Education in Washington, DC. She holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Education.
